Season’s Greetings from the Job Site: Kenowa Hills December Construction Update

As the holiday season arrives, progress continues across Kenowa Hills. Even as students and staff take a well-deserved winter break, work continues to move our construction projects forward. Check out the most recent update!

Ball Fields

Construction at the softball and baseball fields continued to make progress this month. The press boxes are now fully framed, with trusses set and roofing installed, and masonry work has also progressed, marking a major step toward enclosing the structure. Roofing has been completed on the dugouts, and concrete has been poured in the upper parking lot, further improving site access and circulation.

Locker Rooms

Work continues to move forward on the home team room addition and new visitor team room. Masonry work is underway for the hallway to the home team room addition, while foundations and footings have been poured for the visitor team room. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) underground installation is in progress for both team rooms, and sewer connections have been tied in, helping prepare the site for continued construction progress in the months ahead.

As we close out the year, we are encouraged by the steady progress being made across all areas of the project.
